Terms of Service

Agreement

By engaging MAGNAUVERDE ENVIROSCIEN ("we", "our", "us") for services, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all hazardous waste management, environmental services, civil infrastructure, and related services we provide.

Services

We provide:

• Hazardous waste collection, treatment, and disposal (incineration at 1200°C)
• Environmental impact assessments and scientific consulting
• Civil infrastructure and drainage systems
• Land surveying and geotechnical services
• Industrial hygiene and safety compliance
• Cemetery and landfill management
• Pyrolysis-to-diesel technology services

Client Obligations

Clients must:

• Provide accurate waste classification and quantity information
• Ensure safe access to sites for our personnel and equipment
• Obtain all necessary permits and authorizations for work
• Comply with all safety protocols and site regulations
• Make payments according to agreed payment terms

Regulatory Compliance

All services are provided in compliance with:

• National Environmental Management Act (NEMA)
• Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) regulations
• Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
• South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) standards
• Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) requirements

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their operations and third-party risks.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts overdue beyond 60 days.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination. Emergency response services cannot be terminated while incident response is ongoing.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by South African law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
